如果想要快速的简单统计mapping后的reads数，可以直接看bam
samtools indstats input.bam返回如下数据，其中第一列是chr信息，第二列是chr length，第三列是mapped reads count，第四列是unmapped reads count
最后一行星号，如果mapping的时候reference有其他位置，那么这里也会有reads
samtools inxstats快速查看回贴后的reads数分布
